Once again this was an excellent place to come and relax. The spa is incredible, the food superb and the service is top notch. Drinks at the pool are pricey but one of life’s necessities. Stay for two nights and leave 5pm on the second day. Book spa appointments well in advance.

Great hotel with a welcoming feel, very comfy beds and the spa, pool and gym are excellent. My only problem was finding somewhere to park but there was a wedding and if you have limited mobility not brilliant as an old building. Very friendly staff.

Staying for Ascot - We arrived at this hotel on Monday lunch time and it was 32 degrees! Staff were waiting outside to give every one ice cold water and take our bags inside. Check in was smooth, we had room 126, with air conditioning and was very classy, the whole hotel had the WOW factor. The grounds were large and even though the hotel was full, no one was where anyone else want to be, it was very spacious was nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. I needed to borrow an iphone...

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such a beautiful hidden gem! So glad we booked this for an impromptu weekend away. It’s tucked away in Bray village so it’s very quaint. Beds really comfortable. We also received a complimentary upgrade on the day which was a sweet surprise. Rooms were on the smaller side but honestly not even an issue if it’s just for a night or two. Staff very friendly. Grounds were so peaceful to explore. Wonderful in the sunny weather!
