A great hotel, lovely staff and a great location. Good for running, seeing the city and for great food nearby. The roof terrace is also a great option for chilling.

The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. We would definitely love to return!

Nothing short of magic. It was a big disappointment that we couldn't get into the restaurant, however, that shows how good it must be.

Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so special. We had originally wanted to stay at the Mary Cristina which was full. However, when we return to San Sebastián we will go back to Villa Soro. Breakfast was a delight of locally sourced produce, and no eyebrows were raised when we came down to breakfast after 11am! A lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed, what more could you ask for - thank you.

A perfect stay. Arrived early and got checked in by 12:30pm. Great local tips from receptionist about where to go and mentioning finer details like best stop for Park Güell to limit stair climb etc. Lovely room which fitted bill and clean. Could also airplay Netflix or YouTube via phone / tablet to tv if you want to one evening too. Two lifts so never need to wait too long. Location is good. Five mins walk from Plaza Catalunya and next door to a big Lidl. Quiet street so no issues sleeping...

Incredible property. Wonderful place to stay, location ideal for exploring the entire city in every direction. Stylish rooms, good size, nice vaniety, sink, over bath shower. We stayed here for 5 nights, and thoroughly enjoyed it from the moment we arrived. The staff were thoughtful and helpful, always attentive without being overbearing. Our room was large, clean, very comfortable and stylish. The night we decided to have dinner in the restaurant it was a set menu only, but we were far from disappointed as the food was superb. Very pleasant experience, staff friendly and attended to you needs

It was our 4th stay at the hotel and we felt at home straight away. We had a beaitiful suite overlooking the sea and even had sun beds on our terrace. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast choice of everything you could ever want. We had a super time and can't wait to go again next year.

Well located hotel with around 20 minutes walk to the old city centre and just round the corner from the Nervion shopping plaza. Very good breakfast and hotel maids coming to tidy the room each and every day

Great customer service in check in, immediately dealt with an issue we encountered and upgraded us. We were in a new room withing 2 minutes. Fab roof terrace and reasonable prices. Excellent place to stay, we will return.

Excellent location to Al Hambra palace. 9 min walk. Bus 32 frequent and takes you to plaza san Nicholas. A must visit and especially on the night to see Al Hambra in lights. Restaurants there fantastic with excellent views. The hotel is amazing.

Had a lovely time at the Mencey. Staff absolutely lovely and so friendly, hotel both grand in its colonnaded porches and cool inner courtyard, and comfortable, with many places to have drinks and food in the shade and chill. Spa very well kitted out (extra €18 a day) breakfast spread faultless. Grilled Seafood served on the pool terrace is particularly good. Pool is great, using salt water instead of chlorine.
