I live 20 minutes away from Richmond but decided to have a short escape with the family because Richmond is such as nice place to visit. Good vibe, family friendly, lots of parks, good atmosphere at night especially friday saturday. The hotel is very nice, i travel alot abroad and wish i could get a similar quality for hotels that are usually more expensive and smaller with fewer facilities. Good staff, helpful friendly and clean bedrooms. Highly recommend

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. All the hotel staff were extremely polite and gave the true meaning to the word "valued" customer. From the first time I entered the hotel it was a different experience all together. This place is incredible. Spotlessly clean and had everything we could've needed. So easy to walk around the area for exploring and even at night it was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, decent hotel and price. You can’t go wrong with it. Battersea power station is right next to the hotel and a car park right to the left. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though).
