I read so many reviews before choosing this room and so glad I stayed with the East Beach Plunge. We had room 1115 which is at the end of the East Beach rooms and meant total privacy facing grass and trees with the ocean behind. The West Beach rooms faced the beach which meant everyone using the beach could wander past and look inside. The resort was busy but didn't feel that way. Room was huge and beautiful and the staff excellent. Not much local food in the restaurants but the chef at...

Housekeeping not up to par; one day we had to call reception 2-3 times to show up and clean our suite

Clean room, comfortable, modern... with a small but cute pool.

What an amazing place, certain areas need a bit of updating in the pool area but the place is superb. We will definitely go back again

My two friends and I had an amazing stay! We spent the final night of my bachelorette holiday at the hotel, and it was exactly what we needed — relaxing, beautiful views, and great hospitality. The team were so accommodating and helpful, which made our stay perfect. The breakfast made it extra special too :)

We stayed 1 night pre cruise, Overall this an Excellent hotel, great service all round, clean comfort bedroom, lovely pool area, very close to good bars and restaurants on district 8. Be aware of the expensive breakfast,

A lively hotel with a great vibe. Great beach and pool area, we went when Christmas parties were going on and there was a real buzz. We had a junior suite with full balcony and an ocean view , it was fabulous

As a travel coordinator, I recently arranged a stay at El Conquistador Resort in Fajardo, Puerto Rico for one of my clients, and I’m pleased to share their positive experience. The resort’s location is truly exceptional—perched above the coastline with sweeping views of the Caribbean and Atlantic. My client especially appreciated the access to Palomino Island, a private retreat that offered tranquility, clean beaches, and a refreshing escape from the mainland bustle. Staff interactions were...

Hotel was amaizing.Pool table, swiming pool, very pleasant staff, beautiful room with the tv which can twist arround to bed or dinnnig place and nice view aswel(palms and swiming pool). The only bad thing was breakfast. There was not enough vegetable or some kind of local fruit and proper salty bread or bagets(french kind of) but omelet and juice was perfect.Anyway it was never forget experience.Thank you so much👍 love Puerto Rico

Room was great, did an upgrade to superior and it was massive. Seating room, tv, fridge, microwave. Breakfast was functional. Wifi good. Most staff were great, one was a bit distant..... The location is great though. Nothing special to look at ax a hotel but it is very well placed. 300 yards from a real quiet beach (turtle beach in season). 24hr supermarket across the road. 10 min walk to main street for bars and restaurants. Best of all, it is just minutes walk to Bebo's cafe/restaurant. ...

Perfectly located for restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely old building. Simple but plentiful breakfast and great staff, especially Carla who helped arrange a taxi for my various meetings around town. Highly recommended if you want a good value stay in San Juan, but not for you if you want a gym, salon etc..
