Location is great. Close to the beach multiple restaurants and stores. I was able to walk around everywhere. The hot tub is not hot or even warm. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room could use updating. There is no iron hair dryer or anything in the room. TV remote did not work and there were no batteries in the ac remote to control the temp.

This was the 3rd time staying at Tropica Beach Hotel. The place felt like I walked into a spa in Bali. Jessica at the front desk was so welcoming and she remembered me when ai stayed during Christmas last year. The room walking in had relaxing music playing and it transported me to a tropical escape. The restaurant amd pool on property are top notch! The hotel is EXCEPTIONAL in EVERY WAY!

Altern, modern alter clean and a residential area. What we didn't like was no elevator to the rooms, and we could hear our neighbor watching TV on phone calls and listening to the music in the morning.
