"Bathroom could of been a bit cleaner. The sofa bed had to be upgraded and the sofa wasn't as cleaned. Otherwise, i had a great time in the pools, music was great and food average. Palomino grill restaurant also had good food and pincho was a bit under cook."

"Staff were rude. When asking for additional towels was told you already have two. Manager was terrible to deal with. There is nothing around that you can walk to. There are limited seats around the pool and we found ourselves always having to move to let them by. Rooms are parsley decorated with no place for you luggage."

"Traveling with children, we had a wonderful experience. The pool was excellent and perfect for the family! We had a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the host responded immediately and resolved the problem right away. Overall, communication with the host was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again!"

The space is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the penthouse terrace is one of our favorite parts — perfect for relaxing at sunrise or unwinding at night.The location is also fantastic. Beautiful Seven Seas Beach is just steps away, and you’re close to great restaurants, the Bio Bay, and Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve with its stunning trails and views.We absolutely love this place and look forward to coming back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Fajardo!"
