The location of this hotel is fantastic—right across the street from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Being able to walk straight to the ocean was definitely the highlight of our stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. While the hotel could use some updates and modernization, it was still comfortable overall and served its purpose well. With a few improvements, this place could be even better. The location and staff alone make it worth considering.

If you are looking to stay somewhere on a budget with an amazing location that also has a restaurant and a beach literally right in front of the property. This is a great spot. I know some reviews complained that it’s an older hotel but it is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in my entire trip. We had really comfortable beds and a really nice bathroom. Great water pressure water temperature. There is a very popular bar and restaurant, but they close abruptly at 10 so if you’re worried about the noise that stops immediately the restaurant also has a really nice menu and people looked like they were having a great time there. My favorite thing about this place was how easy it was to check in and check out. I just rang a bell and someone brought me my key and towels for the beach, which was very nice. Our room had a good amount of space for our luggage. We really loved the balcony. I watched the sunset and the sunrise from that balcony and enjoyed my coffee and dried my swimsuit as long as you’re not expecting resort type stuff or a pool which you won’t need cause you have the beach, this is an amazing place to stay. I got a great deal on Expedia. We’ll definitely come back.

The people who work there are so great and kind. It is a really nice location - although the beach down on the left is much calmer. The hotel itself is sufficient. It's tidy and has some amenities. It definitely could use some updating such as new comforters/bed covers. Our curtains had holes in them... the bed was pretty comfortable. The staff was nice and loaned us the sunscreen and after spray they have at the front desk. They also loan towels and chairs and had some boogie boards. The restaurant was a surprise. It was so pricey- so we only had apps and a drink. The mixed drinks were fantastic and the veggie app was delish. Overall it's a nice little place! The parking in the lot is fun with a little remote they give you. The food kiosks are also sooo close. I think we'd stay here again - but hope they'll update it a bit.

The Luquillo Sunrise Beach Inn is a no frills, comfortable, clean place to stay. This was our second stay, and it did not disappoint. The staff is friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the view unbeatable. The location provides access to many restaurants, the town plaza and several different stretches of beach. The air conditioner was remarkably silent. The bathroom could use a couple more hooks or shelves for toiletries, but we managed. We plan to return.

We really enjoyed our stay! Clean room, and comfortable bed. The sounds of the waves and Coqui will have you sleeping soundly. Access to the beach and El Yunque are unmatched! If you need a place to eat, THE ABSOLUTE BEST FOOD on the island, is right outside your door at Bistro Del Mar Food Truck!!! We can’t wait to come back! Wepa!

Ocean front

Comfortable and located right on the ocean front. They have dedicated parking which is a big plus as parking seems to be in short supply in the immediate area. Also there is a restaurant next door with excellent food. Would definitely stay here again.
