Su ubicación, a solo minutos del evento, fue perfecta, pero lo que realmente hizo especial nuestra estadía fue la calidad del servicio. Desde que entramos nos sentimos bienvenidos. La recepción estaba impecable, con un ambiente elegante, acogedor y un aroma muy agradable que transmitía limpieza desde el primer momento. Queremos agradecer especialmente al Sr. Héctor, quien nos brindó un servicio excepcional. Nos asistió con nuestro hijo, que utiliza silla de ruedas, y con el estacionamiento de nuestra SUV. Su amabilidad, empatía y disposición para ayudar fueron extraordinarias. Todo el personal fue igualmente atento y cordial.
