This hotel is perfectly situated for accessing the beautiful Brecon Beacons. It is a well appointed hotel and has its own Spa. The food is excellent and plentiful, the staff are welcoming and friendly. It has a large open air car park and parking is free. If you are not staying at the hotel but want to go somewhere that provides an excellent meal you should try the bar or restaurant. From the hotel there is easy access South to Cardiff and northwards towards Mid Wales and The Midlands. I...

My first time staying here and I was very impressed, the venue itself is beautiful, the whole place including the grounds were very clean and tidy, the decor of the place was lovely and very imaginative. My room was fantastic, very large, clean and had all the facilities. Dinner and breakfast were just perfect. I cant fault the place in any way, the staff were all very polite, perfect.

Very welcoming on arrival, large clean en-suite room, fabulous breakfast that set us up for the day and special dietary needs catered for. Would visit again. Highly recommended.

We booked The Parkway for two nights as we were coming to Wales for a family party which was being held there. We have stayed there before, a long time ago and visited on various other occasions. We were impress by the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness. I couldn't fault it in any way. Our breakfast was among the best we have had anywhere. The bed was a bit hard, but that is a matter of personal taste. I loved the dragon mugs in the bedroom and bought three!

The hotel has some areas that seem a little tired and in need of updating. It was clean in most areas The staff were very pleasant and helpful, they are all worthy of praise. The food was fabulous although we didn’t always require a set 2 or 3 course meal. Drinks were expensive but the overall experience was very enjoyable and we would definitely recommend and visit again.

We were upgraded on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough. Great pool and all the facilities. Also it’s peaceful rather than being right in the city centre. We loved it xx

My partner and myself had a relaxing time, we enjoyed the pool, Jacuzzi etc during the afternoon, we then sat down in the evening in the restaurant and enjoyed a lovely meal. The view although dark out was great of the lights in the valley. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast which was buffet style and in the restaurant was very good, it had a lot to offer all tastes and was very plentiful. We will look to come back and hope to try the golf course next time.

We really enjoyed out stay - especially the helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed here after a Christmas party at the Celtic Manor. We were in a refurbished deluxe king - big room with seating area. Bathroom was modern and very clean, with a great shower.

We paid an extra £20 and we're upgraded to a beautiful suite it was very large room jacuzzi bath huge shower such a beautiful room and lovely view was a night away for my husbands birthday the restraint the food was lovely staff were very friendly entertainment on that evening was lovely although didn't start till 10 and then was right under our room so bit loud up stairs but ok, breakfast quite early 6-9am so no lay in spa was lovely also checked out the next day before spending a few hours in...

Beautiful location, great facilities (although most were unavailable during our stay.) Good value - will be back
