Large spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness, friendly staff. Good double glazing keeps passing traffic noise down to nothing. Use of BBQ if required.

The check in and check out process is a bit weird if you are not used to it but once you learn that after and before a certain time the front desk is not staffed and the keys are in a key box, it’s totally fine. The hotel itself is lovely and super central. Totally recommend

Beautiful, cosy but large resort. Had a great stay as the staff are super friendly and the facilities are great. The only thing that annoyed me was that they add a 7 NZD charge to each room service delivery! Besides that, a great stay and I would definitely go there again!

A very luxurious hotel with large rooms and a private spa with hot tub which we enjoyed. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and the dinner was delicious and great value.

Great hotel and a nice little walk into town

Room spacious, modern and very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Big, comfortable bed. Lovely jacuzzi, relaxing after busy day. Staff very helpful and friendly. All together very enjoyable stay.

Had a great stay at the Queenslander in Raglan. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and exactly as expected. The place was clean, well‑kept, and made for an easy, relaxing visit. Would happily stay again.

Just a 2 minute walk to the beach front. Right in town. Good parking. Close to restaurants and shops. Felt secure. Rooms are outstanding value for money at £70. Big comfy beds. Excellent climate control in the room. Balcony outside.

We only booked this hotel for one night as the house we'd booked for our son's wedding was unavailable that night and we now wish that we'd stayed there for all of our stay.

Another excellent stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful, across the road is the Tides Hotel in the same ownership where you can dine, the food is first class with great staff I would strongly recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay at the end of our New Zealand holiday. Chloe and the rest of the Team at Reception were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in ideal location for attractions, ferries and restaurants. Good continental breakfast included in the rate. Quirky hotel , very clean with good quality furnishings. It is a modern functional building in a low-rise mall. Rooms are well-furnished and appointed. The hotel outsources all F&B including breakfast to local businesses. Quite unusual, but it works pretty well as they are all next door The front desk staff could not have been more helpful with winery, restaurant and transport advice and bookings.
