Great hotel and a nice little walk into town

We only booked this hotel for one night as the house we'd booked for our son's wedding was unavailable that night and we now wish that we'd stayed there for all of our stay.

What a lovely place in a lovely position with a lovely couple running it

We had a wonderful stay. Rick was very welcoming, he gave us great tips for our travels and was a very friendly guy! The accommodation itself was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely coffee and a fab jet bathtub too.

Return visit after 35 years ! It has gone a bit more upmarket but overall had not changed much . Still very comfortable, clean and convenient for everything beautiful Christchurch has to offer. Loved George the bear who went on to travel all over New Zealand for 3 month with us . Hope to be back before the next 35 years !

Clean, well located and a good coffee machine

Excellent room and I site restaurant. Great proximity to Christchurch Airport. Would definitely stay here again

What a lovely hotel. Very close to Christchurch Airport and walkable to departures. Lovely clean and smart hotel. Large and comfortable rooms. Lovely beds. Nice restaurant with good food. Not to mention the brilliant robot service!! Love that!! And finally a special thank you to Rinny who helped us in our hour of need sorting out the car rental return to Scotties as they had closed early, not told us and left us in the lurch. Rinny was so helpful. Thank you.

Not flashy, but fulfils all your accommodation needs when visiting Christchurch. Extremely helpful hosts and spotless rooms with all the attention to details you could ask for. Within easy walking distance of downtown area. Great value

I had a standard double room that was more than adequate for a short stay in Christchurch. However, my main selling point for this hotel would be the fact that Tram Stop Number One is literally outside the front door. I last went to Christchurch 10 years ago, before the earthquake, and the current situation is still quite staggering. Even the taxi drivers complain about driving around town so the use of the tram to get about was very welcome. I stayed a few days at Hotel 115 before joining a...

It was a nice stay

yeah pretty good. my room was on level 01 which was quite noisy though as the common room is on that level and for some reason they have all the corridor doors open. i kept shutting them though when i wanted to sleep so that solved that. i'm sure some rooms don't have that ability though, which could be an issue for those. otherwise very good. Jenna looked like an old girlfriend of mine though :(

Great staff, super nice stay

Excellent stay

Central and decent place to stay while in the city.

A lovely themed hotel (Tudor Times).

Really comfortable apartment with a basic kitchen but if not everything was there the manager (who's name we didnt get) was so helpful and provided us with anything extra we needed. The room was cleaned everyday. Just cant say anything negative. Really good stay.
