Great hotel, well located and the rooms were lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can't recall his name but the young guy with sandy blonde coloured hair was very kind and particularly helpful.
Great location, just 10 minute walk to town. Hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient. Staff is nice, although hardly saw the same person twice in 4 days. A lot of large tour groups staying there so the lobby and breakfast can be a bit crowded and noisy. Would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room.
The hotel was great - clean rooms with plenty of space. There are lot of nice areas in the hotel and courtyard to sit and have a chat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed at other places at Queenstown and this one was heaps better.
The hotel is in the quiet area. Yet, it’s in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our rooms were well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our stays were very pleasant and relaxing.
