Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was nicely appointed and in good condition. The shower head was damaged and had not been replaced and water flow was erratic. Our only real gripe is that we had to ask twice for both nights we stayed to get the right number of towels for the number of guests in the room

Great location, just 10 minute walk to town. Hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient. Staff is nice, although hardly saw the same person twice in 4 days. A lot of large tour groups staying there so the lobby and breakfast can be a bit crowded and noisy. Would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room.
