"Must pay for parking, unless you park in front or side which was always full. Rooms are small. No tables or desks to put your things. Elevator only, as in no stairs to enter the lobby. So elevators were full and busy. Those are the downsides. Location is excellent, view is excellent and the ease of streetcar coming in a few weeks cannot be beat as it will have a stop directly in front of this hotel. Nice hotel overall and a plus that you can walk/bike along the riverfront."
