Loved the hotel and its location. The Buffett breakfast was very good. Didn’t use the pool or bar but being used by many other guests. My only beef was with the check in process, with the size of this hotel, a staff of 2 was not sufficient. Waited over 15 minutes for the check in process, waited another 10 minutes as the original keys did not work.

The room was decent. The TV didn’t work but they replaced the batteries and that help but the TV still had to be turned on and off with the button on the TV. The beds were nice, very comfortable. The pool was cold and the water was dirty. However there was decent space to sit. The breakfast was nice with lots of variety. The location was nice and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

We were upgraded to the Presidential suite which was a pleasant surprise. However being that the suite has vaulted ceilings and it was a very hot week in Branson the room did not stay cool upstairs. The room was very nice and loved the balconies and the jacuzzi tub. The shower was horrible though absolutely no water pressure but again the tub was nice.

I really enjoyed the 10 PM to 12 for adult time at the pool and hot tub. It was great to get to meet and have conversations with other adults there at the hotel. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The workers at the front desk went above and beyond.
