Staff was fantastic . Very accomodating and fantastic location

We enjoyed two nights stayin the middle of the week. Sandy was our waitress two morning for breakfast. She was friendly very efficient and really helpful. The front desk people were always courteous. We did have light bulbs that were burned out on arrival but They replaced when asked. The carpet in our room needed cleaning but the bedding was wonderful and plush. Our toilet had a slow leak so it turned on all night long;-( the second night we just turned off the water valve. Decor was over all pleasing. I would stay another time, great location in the plaza area. Free wifi in room. Parking under hotel

Great location! Convenient to many activities. We used the shuttle several times during our stay. Staff extremely nice.

Within walking distance of Union Station, also connected via skywalks. From Union Station, one can take the free streetcar to other parts of the city, such as power and light district, river market etc. Adjacent Crown Center for shoppers and kids. My second time there and would readily stay again.

The hotel was nice but not what I remembered from my last stay a few years ago. Even with a generous discount, the pricing seems a bit high for what you get. The grounds outside of the property have not been taken care of for some time and are starting to show their age.

We were very happy with our room and the amenities. The Staff was helpful and friendly. The location was close to where we wanted to spend our time.

Stayed in a first floor room that faced the pool. The window curtain of thick material gave me the option of open (where everyone can see into the room) or closed (giving zero natural light from outside). Every other hotel room that I have stayed in has a secondary "sheer" curtain that allows natural light to come in without opening the room to prying eyes. This room did not have that option. I recommend that the hotel rethink their window dressings.

Nice location next to plaza. Easy parking. Pool ice cold, no hot tub. Breakfast not my idea of good. But good food down the hill.

Just wonderful, spacious room, comfy bed, AMAZING view of the Plaza lights. Room service breakfast was delicious and served on beautiful heavy silver trays. A tough of class. Easy self parking and within walking distance to everything. Pool was a perfect place to sit, read and listen to the waterfalls. A wonderful experience I would honestly do again.
