This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. Had such a good stay here room was excellent had everything we needed the breakfast was simply fantastic. There is nothing the owners won’t do to make your stay the best it can be so helpful knowledgeable and just very down to earth nice welcoming people. I can’t recommend it enough as you will have to try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.

It was a great place to stay, the rooms were all really clean, the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept and i would recommend it anyone who asks. The staff were all really nice and helped us when we needed anything.

The property is very nice, clean and tidy that makes 100% the same as the pictures. It has all needed utensils and crockery so making dinner after a day. There is also a charcoal BBQ but we did not use. The host couples are very helpful. When we accidently turned off the boiler, they came and checked on us almost immediately. Lovely rooms

It was clean and modern plenty of seating to relax in. The bar was available for coffee, drinks and snacks. Near the train station and the rooms were clean. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast which was continental catered for all tastes vegan if required. All in all a most pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely go again.

Very helpfull and friendly staff especially Morgan and Megan. Room clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed. Excellent views of Lake Windermere. Food was delicious with superb gluten free options

I just felt at home... not much more to say. Im really bad with names but the landlady was so lovely, welcoming, helpful and informative. Fair enough, the place has a few smalls quirks, but its completely forgivable... homely, nostalgic and peaceful, I personally had a perfect stay.

on arrival i was greeted by a member of staff who explained everything to me including the car parking .this is free to guests but you must register as you could incur a parking penalty. the staff were some of the most helpful that i have encountered and they helped me locate both discounted and free trips within easy walk of the hostel. the hostel is a mere 5 minutes walk from the albert docks and less than 15 mins from the cavern club. a snack during the day was tasty and reasonably priced but...

I had an excellent stay. When i arrived, the TV in my room was broken but i rang reception, a maintenance man came to see it and replaced it immediately. The breakfast was very nice. The Pizza they served on the 24/7 menu was like an authentic Italian Pizza so that's good. Thank you for having me and i shall definitely stay again next time i stay in Blackpool.
