Great service and amenities The restaurant food was not up to the 6 senses standards

Magnifique hôtel , en pleine nature Le service est impeccable

This is the best Hilton I’ve stayed in. And I am a frequent traveller spending 150-200 nights per year in hotels. Service was equivalent to a 5 star hotel. From check in, to managing luggage and taxis, to restaurant reservations. All perfect. Rooms spacious and very well appointed. Amazing stay

It was a luxurious and beautiful hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent and some of it was fantastic, The art deco was very nice and pretty. Had all the amenities you’d need. Beautiful marble bathroom with a deep bath. However the only thing I was disappointed by was you can’t order fries or a burger on the in room dining night menu. Overall it’s wonderful and luxurious hotel centrally located in Kyoto near the main train station and had top restaurants...

Great hotel

nice room, spa has hot tub but no onsen

As with most Japanese hotels, the customer service was excellent, polite and efficient. The Geisha experience in the lobby was a nice touch and v welcoming. Rooms were spacious with excellent facilities and extras on offer. Would have liked more English channel options on the TV but that's a minor gripe. In terms of location, it's located about 25min walk away from Kyoto Station and the walk is a straight road so easy to get to. Otherwise it is less than 5 mins from the subway and 2 mins from...

Brilliant hotel in a fantastic space with mountains to the north and a great river near by with plenty of small business to keep busy with. The room it's self was beautifully spacious with chic decor, English speaking staff (and tv) restaurants looked lovely but have other plans. Didn't seem to be too busy but very large hotel with spa and work out options. Will be looking for rooms again

We have just come back home after five nights here. It was my wife, 14 year old daughter and myself. We enjoyed the stay and found the hotel to be in a really good position for sight seeing and relaxing after a day out. As people have mentioned the rooms are slightly tired but still clean and tidy. It is a five minute walk from the underground station and close to a few sites such as the Chion-in and other temples and shrines. We used the gym and swimming pool which were around five hundred yen...

Gorgeous unique hotel, Japanese ryokan style with private onsen. Lovely helpful staff 😊

Very friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Big room ( standard room). Will stay again!

An Amazing Hotel. Wonderful staff, excellent facilities and a great location. The shuttle bus service to Umeda station was very helpful. Cannot wait to return.
