Truly an exceptional place. The house and our room (Naples) was like a dream. Even in winter where the outdoor facilities (pool etc) are not usable, there's nothing negative to say. It was worth the expense.

Fantastic hotel from start to finish . Staff are friendly and very helpful, we got a room upgrade for daughters 18th and it certainly had the wow factor with eiffel tower view. Rooms spacious for city rooms and absolutely spotless, fully equipped and nice bonus of complimentary mini bar and snacks topped up daily. Rooftop bar has great views of the tower. Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The room was spacious and very tastefully decorate. It's on the hill (mountain?) and the whole surrounding is very tranquil. Helpful and friendly staff. Everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff (especially Deky and Abdallah) were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly when they booked taxis and advised on local places to visit. We travelled as a family and felt very well accommodated throughout our stay. The Classic Rooms are a nice size and gave us plenty of space. Cannes is certainly the place of the beautiful but that doesn't just end with the people. I stayed here with my husband on an all too short break. Did my homework and it certainly paid off. The Five Seas provides laid back luxury in a fantastic boutique setting. It's design oriented but in no way pretentious. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a spacious junior suite and free welcome cocktails courtesy of Expedia. I'm big on service and The Five Seas did not disappoint. ...

We were very lucky and had a free room upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We have had many trips to Paris and I can honestly say this was the best room we have ever had. It was very spacious with everything you could want for a lovely stay. It was unique in that not only could you see the tower from the bed but from the shower too. This must be the best room in the hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpfule and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel. Beautifully decorated and spotless, very comfortable with the weather in the mid to high 30s and well appointed, gorgeous rooms. The highlight is the staff, who are all so welcoming and helpful. We all had a fabulous stay and would love to return. Anything you need appears in a flash and I used the same day laundry service which was brilliant. A wonderful hotel for exploring Paris or just chilling out in the locality. Service and care within the hotel was superb. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all excellent. High quality restaurants are very close and so is the Metro station at Bastille. Difficult to find any fault at all.

Immaculate room, perfect for a family of four, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The Metro is 2 minutes walk so it was a perfect base to explore Paris.

Beautiful hotel Cannot believe i didn't use the pool,it looked stunning. So many Paris highlights around the corner. Only niggle was the a/c,cannot ever really get rooms to cool down,why is that!all hotels it seems. Quality place nevertheless !
