What WiFi? Seating too snug

Considering the chaos that ensued at Gatwick Airport the day before with the drone incident, my entire experience was excellent. Very impressed. Had expected long delays or cancellations.

Negatives remain the same from m previous flights. Even with speedy boarding you are left queuing in the stairwell prior to boarding. Not great for elderly, children and those with medical conditions ( I cannot stand for more than a few minutes hold a bag due to low wet back problems)
