Room and B and B were very beautiful, large and spotless. Location is very unique and is simple to navigate with the amazing instructions given from the staff. We pulled a small lever and within a minute someone opened it. We stepped into a literal Oasis. The temperature dropped instantly by about 5 degrees. We were greeted by Dorian…. Who proceeded to welcome us with a drink and tell us about our beautiful home for the next 3 days. We were shown to our suite the “Aphrodite” which had a private large terrace and a small side attached bedroom for our 11 yr old daughter. The air conditioning was sublime as France was in the middle of a heat wave…. temp was 37- 39 degrees. The morning breakfast in the gardens near the refreshing pool was delicious and perfect. The location of the Hotel is 5 min from the Papal palace and everything else in Avignon. I would love to come back here in a heartbeat on our next trip to France.
