"Dated room and en suite with no fridge. Other hotels at this price point offer a more modern room. 10.30 checkout is too early when on holiday. We were harassed to leave the room by 10.40. Very good cooked breakfast delivered quickly by polite restaurant staff. Great location on the Sidmouth seafront. Beware of the dive bombing and thieving seagulls. "
