"The hotel is centrally located. The staff go above and beyond to take care of you. I had to use the ATM one evening and one of the staff members (darn, I forget his name but he’s an evening bell hop) walked me to the nearest ATM. When that one wasn’t working, he took me to another. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a must. Great vibes and awesome drinks from Santiago. Ask for him next time you’re at the Charlee rooftop. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town. "

"Muy bien servicio, muy amable todos los empleados, Miguel nos atendió con mucho gusto y respeto, la comida aparte del buffet muy rica, los taxis están disponibles inmediatamente con precios razonables y tuvimos disponible al taxista Juan Carlos por 5 días, muy buen guía, me gustó mucho Cartagena, no tuve ninguna mala experiencia y con mucho gusto volvería a regresar a este hotel ❤️"
