Clean, comfortable, better pool than most hotels. Not as close to el Poblado bars as others but very near the main road, metro and busses

Great stay, amazing staff, brilliant breakfast. Just need the gym fixed up a bit and it will be perfect. Thanks so much for the great experience.

Nice clean and modern hotel. Lovely staff, willing to help with anything. In the middle of the tourist area so very safe, lots of restaurant around. Good breakfast, cereals, granola, yoghurt, toast and eggs plus more.

We were greeted by the most amazing guy Robert (I think?! Sorry if not) and then I was Checked in by Sara and David (who was training and doing an great job). The staff made us feel so warm and welcome and they were all super friendly. Only downside was the breakfast and I think the Hilton group as a whole need to allow more per head and better facilities invested in the Hampton chain as a whole for this. Spectacular view over the city, good and calm location, very friendly staff, delicious restaurants at 2 min walk etc...

Good value great location very clean just a bit dated

Located a short (uphill) walk from the centre of the poblado nightlife this was a very quiet convenient base to explore medellin from although it's a long walk to metro station, it's a short taxi ride (only around 5000 pesos). Friendly staff, rooms basic and a bit dark , lovely pool area, good breakfast.

Fantastic reception staff. Very helpful. But our room was tiny.

Staff very welcoming and very nice rooftop

Historic building with lovely pool .A huge library with antique books & lots of interesting collections of “old stuff”sewing machines, bottles, bikes, cases…… The rooms & bathroom was a little dated but the position on the square & everything else made up for staying in a famous old building

Really comfy room and helpful staff on reception on check in. Only negative for the room is the bathroom wall has light mould from the air conditioning unit. Check out was disappointing - the lady on reception didn’t speak to us when we handed the key in. She then came outside and asked us to pay for the room again (this is after already being asked on the second night). We paid during check in and I had to show my bank statement to stop being asked to pay.
