For our first trip to Cartagena, Casa Pizarro was PERFECT!!! The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Wes was a wonderful resource for lunch and dinner spots. The Old City was only a 4-5 block walk with fascinating things to see along the way. The neighborhood is quiet and fun.

Staff members were great, super friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a balcony to the pool, nice cold AC when you needed, the pool was nice kept clean, breakfast was great every day with some fruit and even dessert, the hotel is well located with a safe place to park your car a few blocks away and a few food options right next to the hotel, overall great place to stay to experience Cartagena for a few days.

A perfect walkable location within the walled city. Quiet hotel at 2 steps from the night party in the neighbouring streets and La Trinidad Plaza. Amazing, friendly and attentive staff with great recommendations for restaurants and activities. I have to mention the breakfast crew with their amazing service.

Amazing little hotel in a great area! Cindy checked us in at the front desk, she was so sweet! I’m currently injured & on crutches and she was really helpful and so kind! Our room was perfectly clean and equipped for our stay. Cute little area with a pool as well!
