Malmaison Manchester

Malmaison Manchester

8/10 Good
"Malmaison is located within a stone's throw from Piccadilly Station. It's modern, sleek, comfortable and well designed. I found the staff helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast was also thoughtful with a hot a la carte option and an adequate buffet. I would've given it 5* save a hiccup in the bar. If you're expecting table service there, that's non-existent. You have to order drinks at the bar which I did after about 15 minutes seated at a table. The bar staff did walk the room but never once stopped to ask. I did get an apology and service was prompt. I'd stay again."

Britannia Hotel Manchester

Britannia Hotel Manchester

8/10 Good
"The hotel decor is lovely and we have a 2x double bed room which was very spacious. Apart from the fire doors that could make a bit of noise when shutting, we had a very enjoyable stay. Right in the city centre, walking distance to everything."

The Alan

The Alan

10/10 Excellent
"This is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. We actually stayed here twice. We booked for 2 nights and then extended that stay. Then we went to another hotel in Manchester for 2 nights but immediately regretted that and booked at The Alan for the remainder of our trip. When we returned, the staff remembered us. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They answered our questions and offered to help when needed. Always greeted us when we arrived too. The breakfast was always delicious. The majority of the high rating was due to the staff. Thank you!!"
