The carpet had burned marks all over it and stains and in places was missing carpet and built bar floor. The wallpaper was torn off the walls. The room was filthy dirty had not been cleaned and full of dust and dirt smoked disgusting so did the toilet and shower. There was sick and vomit on the side of the wall dried in there are multiple stains on the roof on the walls of the hotel room and over the bed. The mattress was completely filthy. Looked about 20 years old. I would not let a dog sleep in the room or even a cat the heating was switched off and did not work because of the pipework had been leaking. They were visible. Water stains all over the floor. All of the paint was peeling off the walls and ceilings and there was black mould on the windows of the hotel room. I went straight back to the hotel front desk and said the room is nothing like the ones in your photographs and I was told the hotel had not been redone for a long time and they know there is issues with the hotel and they’re trying to upgrade some of the rims when they can afford to do it however this is just the way their rooms are right now I asked and demanded to be moved to a different room.
