For the price of the property, it was excellent including the use of facilities such as pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The staff made extra mile to give children activities for easter, , treats and tokens too. We also liked that it is a dog friendly, walking distance to Somerset Buffet if you fancy eating out.

Our fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn, Taunton

Our stay was fantastic. Our room was great, very clean and we had water, biscuits and tea and coffee. The whole hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and the food and drinks were very good. We definitely would recommend this hotel to friends and family. We have stayed here before and will be staying here again this Friday, 27th December on our way back home from staying with our daughter.

The service and little touches especially for the kids (kids corner, a token for the kids to spend at the bar to get a choice from a list of chocolates, activity pack, juice etc), free cookies and still water that was topped up daily, lovely buffet breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.
