The village hotel itself is very clean, room smelt lush! The customer service provided was amazing! has Starbucks in the hotel, what more to wish for? A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away. The car park was busy as there was a conference at the hotel that day but we managed to park ok. We dined in the 1900 Restaurant in the evening - the food was presented well and was delicious. Service was great and the lighting and background music...

Nothing bad to say at all

Great place for a treat, booked inclusive of eveing meal and really enjoyed it all. Room had been upgraded when we arrived as an added bonus. Nice bathroom - underfloor heating, walk in shower. Great views from the room.

Wonderful stay for Mother’s Day every mother should get a chance to stay here just sorry I didn’t have time to swim didn’t want to spoil hairdo !!

Parking sometimes a bit of a lottery, due to nearby presence of the Harvester eating house etc., but we have always managed to find a spot. It depends on what time of day you arrive.

AC Marriott is in a great location surrounded by restaurants and bars. Mailbox parking available and once parked you can walk alongside the canal and stop for a refreshment or walk into the city centre. We went to the Alexander theatre which was a 10min walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They seemed pleased to help which is refreshing. The room was clean and absolutely fine for one night or a weekend with a TV, mini fridge and coffee/tea...
