Footsteps from the entrance of AthiMar, you will find yourself directly on the Seawall Boulevard where you can view the cruise ships, fishing piers, cafes and most spectacular sunsets in the world. The AthiMar features a number of businesses on the ground floor, ranging from an upscale sushi restaurant, spa, hair and nail salon, 7-Eleven, Subway, Poke Bowl Restaurant, liquor store across the street and 2 major supermarkets on either side of the building. The condominium provides a unique opportunity to feel right at home in a beautiful island setting. As you will be very near to the sea, shops and restaurants, you do not even need to rent a car. There area number of water sports activities stores and providers near by to assist you in planning for your vacation. The condominium's property manager, Mrs. Lupita, will be available to answer any questions you have and to help arrange for any activities or requests you may need.
