"The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was fresh. Things are looking a bit tired, but staff were very friendly and it was ceratanly very good value. "

"Large, spacious hotel, staff were friendly. Room wasn’t the quietest, could hear neighbouring rooms’ toilets flushing, hairdryers being used and doors banging. Did put a request on our booking that was ignored and were charged a ‘service charge’ without my permission on a food order I made at the bar on some light bites, so basically paid nearly £5 for someone to bring it from the kitchen!"

"The room was not clean . There was no wifi , when i asked the receptionist they were help less and told me that we can’t do anything with that . And no room service for 3 days . And the bed was not clean i got allergies after sleeping with that . And got rashes issues all over the body . I won’t recommend to stay here."

"We had a disappointing stay unfortunately. The hotel room was quite a trek from the lifts. The room didn't have any tea/coffee/milk and when we did go to make a hot drink one of the mugs had already been used. I found this out at about 10/11pm and on phoning reception they first asked if we would come to them to collect clean mugs and no apology. I also had to phone reception to obtain the free WiFi password as they had forgotten to write it on the card. At breakfast we were told to wait while they checked whether we had paid at reception despite presenting the breakfast vouchers provided by reception. Another member of staff came along while we were waiting and told us the vouchers were indeed proof enough. We also received a phonecall from reception at 3am in the morning out of nowhere asking if we wanted towels."
