"Basic and run down. Very handy for Birmingham airport at a fraction of the cost of one of the Airport hotels. Parking is extra for overnight stay as it’s the services car park. "

"For the low cost compared to other hotels in the area, it was worth it. Looks grand from the outside and entrance . The room I was in, was clean but could use an upgrade in the bathroom, hole in door, old bath and shower with no plug so couldn’t take a bath. Rock hard pillows."

"Room 319- Staff nice room was clean. However I was surprised we had a skylight, and not a window. There was an automatic window cover, which was fine. Was a bit windy this night and there was a constant noise like a tile lifting or something tapping on the roof, which kept walking us up. Otherwise all good. Didn’t use restaurant or bar, so can’t comment, but they looked very nice. Parking no issue, it is £5 if you book through external site, Expedia etc but it does state this when you book. "
