"The staff was super helpful and courteous, breakfast was amazing, the only thing was not at the right level, was the bed. Honestly the bed was super soft and uncomfortable. I would come back, considering the nice location and the facilities."

"I had a lovely stay here. The location is great, being right by the station but within easy walking distance of the city. The hotel itself was immaculate and spacious, and my room (standard with king bed) was just the same. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with the same great service as elsewhere in the hotel. One of my favourite touches was the mini bottle of fresh milk for in-room tea/coffee. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Coventry."
