Stunning location, great property, fantastic staff! We loved everything about this property ...sadly it was raining so we couldn't have a swim but the spa on our terrace was great.
A lovely hotel with a fantastic view from the roof terrace over the Mount Etna. The hotel was lovely and cool in the heat. A great choice of continental breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated in the old town in the heart of Taormina.
The hotel is very close to the central attractions of Taormina which meant that we didn't need a car throughout our visit. The streets in Taormina are very narrow and parking is a huge issue. Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The spa and massages are excellent ...
The view and the rooms - great quality although the hotel is in need of renovation.
Alessio at reception was very helpful and friendly. Couldn’t do enough. Rooms were great and location even better. Only thing was that the pool was a bit small and shallow. Otherwise would stay again
Location, view, helpful staff all great. We would stay again
Absolutely perfect from start to finish . Amazing hotel , superb location , attention to the finest detail and a gorgeous bottle of fizz and strawberries to welcome us all back as a returning customer . Thank you for a truly memorable holiday 😃Xx
Amazing views, great breakfast and excellent service from the staff. Free shuttle to Taormina town, and on the day of check out we were offered the possibility of using a large changing room after staying at the pool with towels provided. Would love to stay again!
The place is messy and dirty. They gave us first floor room without window, absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was out of imagination, it’s like slams. Most of the attractions are fake, there is not even WiFi. Picture of city view is made from shared balcony - messy too
