Excellent place to stay especially for families with young children. Employees are kind and staff is amazing. Clean and well maintained. Only comment I would suggest is to have music during the day and to play Italian music as we had mostly English music.

I loved the size, the location and the amenities of the hotel. It’s very clean, well maintained. Every morning I was able to get free umbrella on the private beach, and there were always free beds by the pools. The breakfast was good, with tasty melons, watermelons and peaches. It had a great variety of pastries and cakes, and the usual continental breakfast elements. There was cooked breakfast as well which was mostly bacon, sausages and eggs, and then various other elements ( changed every day). The gala dinner on Saturday ( celebration of middle of summer) was amazing and well worth the money! We had dinner in the garden with live music, artists painting, fashion show and finished with the deserts served by the beach and fireworks. It was spectacular!

We chose this property for its Olympic size pool which didn’t disappoint. We wouldn’t normally choose a big resort hotel. The facilities are great for kids. There is a private beach area. Plenty of Trattorias around nearby and in town if you don’t feel like eating at the resort. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We had such an amazing stay at UNAHOTELS Naxos Beach Sicilia! The property is beautiful, with gorgeous grounds, incredible views, and the perfect location for enjoying the sea while also being close to Taormina and everything this area of Sicily has to offer. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and were able to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. We loved spending our days by the water, taking in the beautiful Sicilian scenery, and coming back to such a peaceful and comfortable resort after exploring. The entire property has a wonderful vacation atmosphere, and there is so much space to enjoy. One of our favorite things was simply waking up in Sicily, looking out at the beautiful surroundings, and knowing we had another day to explore, eat incredible food, swim, and enjoy this amazing part of Italy. Our trip to Sicily was incredibly special, and our stay here was a big part of that. We left with wonderful memories and would absolutely return. If you are looking for a beautiful resort in a great location for experiencing Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Mount Etna, and the eastern coast of Sicily, we highly recommend it. Grazie for such a memorable stay! We already miss Sicily! 🇮🇹❤️

The room we received didn’t look like the rooms we reserved from Expedia, it was very small and very simple!!! we felt like it was a fraud. No water in the rooms, the rooms were very far from the entrance and the dining room. We received a second floor room even though my mom is old and we asked for a closer room with no stairs and they refused. The food at the from was good. No free towels for the swimming pool or beach. Very disappointed, this is not a 4 star hotel!!!

Not a global 4 star hotel. Lacks the basics that you expect for the stars. Worth saying we stayed in a cabin not the main building. It had been renovated but was poorly maintained. The drop in shower had considerable mould in the silicon and we had ants in the room. Other things of note: You pay to use a towel at the beach and pool they are not included. Very limited breakfast for a hotel its size. No waffles, pancakes or egg station. Food around the rest of the hotel in our experience was better than breakfast but not what you would expect. The gym closes in the middle of the day for some reason. Odd for a hotel gym to close at all. The property is slightly away from the main area so you need your own transport. The team seem generally disinterested. We were walking with 6 bags and a five year old and a bunch of them drive past on buggies without offering any help. The beach area is beautiful and the highlight of the hotel In other parts of the world it would be 3 star. I’m not knocking it just letting people know what to expect.

Giant resort that is far away from everything. Crazy prices for everything. The food is all terrible. They charge to use a beach towel. I paid for a dinner buffet and immediately walked in to find it was closing and most of the food was gone. They refused to give me a refund and would only give a credit for another meal which I didn’t want. A can of Coke Zero was $6 euro. If you are a big family with no taste I’m sure you will love it. The staff was all really nice though.

Beach view and mount etna was wonderfull, breakfast good although they don’t make kids meal even in dinner

Great place for familly stay thanks to a great people that work there. Especially Andrea from the front desk, who deeply cares about his guest, and is a role model for enitre hospitality industry! Kids club team was also very friendly with true Italian kindness and fun!

I really really love this resort, beautiful, with plenty of amenities, beach, tennis courts, etc. The only regret is I only stayed there for 2 nights!

Simple clean accomodation

The hotel is in a good setting close to the beach with a couple of swimming pools. The rooms are neat and clean and a little dated but have everything you need
