Hotel was great, staff were very polite and helpful and breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice! Car park discount given with booking and safe secure car park next to hotel. "Great price no frills hotel rooms are very dated especially the bathroom and toilets in the room. It is fine if you just need a place to sleep for the night but i would not choose this hotel for a romantic or lesiure break. Its bit the sort of hotel you what to have a lay in. As we work up we just wanted to shower and leave. Staff were friendly and great at what they do. Lunch in the bar and parking was great. If I were ever in Birmingham agsin and just needed a place to lsy my head o would return. For anything above basic I would not."
