"Nice hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. If you have mobility issues don't pick this hotel as lots of steps up and down and their shuttle service to the beach and town is limited. I use crutches and found it a struggle to get around and felt trapped in a pretty prison. My room was spotless ..."

    "My wife and I had our honeymoon here and we recently visited for our 7th anniversary. This resort is truly excellent. The staff is friendly and they will always help you however they are able to. Whether it’s a porter or the wait staff in the restaurants, everyone was pleasant. The resort has grown recently and now has a water park. It was a lot of fun for our son and he wanted to go back every day. The beach is absolutely beautiful. There are many fish swimming right next to you on the beach and if you are willing to snorkel out about 15 meters away from shore you can see many more. This is by far our favorite vacation spot in the entire world. We use this as our comparison resort everywhere we travel. They have simply done such an amazing job making everything about the experience great at Creta Maris."

    "Genuinely some of the best service I've ever experienced, genuinely going out of their way to accommodate their guests as far as they could. Gorgeous resort, good facilities and very comfortable. The restaurants are good, possibly a little overpriced for the quality but on the whole each restaurant is decent enough to warrant what you pay. Highly recommended overall. "

    "From the moment we arrived and until we left, the service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The rooms are very 1980s,but that doesn't bother me. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. The WiFi was good. The food is plentiful with a good selection each meal time to suit everyones preferences. There are 2 good sized pools, the one at the back, much quieter. They need more sun loungers to cater for everyone, which is a shame, but maybe that's due to covid. The hotel is in a great position, 5 minutes from the sea and all the nightlife. The only thing that the hotel needs is updating the furniture to bring it into 2021,but like I said, not a problem. Maybe the hotel is not a modern 5 star establishment, but a 3 1/2 star. Well worth a stay if you ever visit this side of Crete. A big thumbs up👍"
