Exceptionally clean and well appointed rooms, plenty of space & sunbeds, pools & entertainment are fantastic and so are the entertainment crew. Food and choices were also excellent. The à la crate restaurant options were all amazing. I would highly recommend.

The pool was amazing and had something for everyone, with plenty of facilities and really kind, caring staff. The entertainment every night was also brilliant and never failed to impress — everyone was so talented! The buffet had a great variety of food, with plenty of different options to choose from. We also loved that even after checking out, guests could stay and enjoy the food and drinks for as long as they wanted, which was a really nice touch. The only downside was the sunbeds around the pools. For the size of the hotel and the number of guests, there didn’t always seem to be enough to go around. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Came here with my 2 kids. It was a perfect location very easy to get picked up for tours that we booked. Restaurants were booked when we got there but they fit us in at the front desk. Everything was perfect except I felt that the pools closed too early. They closed at 6pm but other than that I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was massive and there are so many activities for all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. My family and I ate at Dedalos Main Restaurant but they had so many other options. I do suggest that if you want to eat at the à la carte dining restaurants to book at least a week or so in advance because they require reservations. Also, for the activities, book a day or so in advance. They do have transportation from the hotel to the star each where you can do water sports. It caters to all ages as well. One of the best family resorts I have been to in a while!

We loved our stay. The room was great and the food was amazing. We were there out of season so there was not a lot of entertainment but we were expecting this. However, we had a lot of fun during our stay.

We arrived shortly after a sandstorm so understandably the hotel had some work to do to tidy up. The restaurants were all mostly open and the food was of a good standard. The hotel is in walking distance to the beach but you do need to cross a busy road. The resort has a lot of facilities and I’m sure during the man holiday season is a great place to be. During our stay there were a number of building works taking place and 2 pools were out of service, one of which was the “water park”. This was not mentioned to us during the booking process. The main buildings are well maintained and the staff are all very good. The room we had was beginning to look a little tired in places.

Very nice hotel. Amazing views, pools. Check in was very fast. Didn’t like that we need to pay for pool towels. For beach we took a taxi to Stalis beach.

A great all in resort with good facilities for all the family. Food was better quality than I expected for an all inclusive. Recommend if you want good value relaxation and have teenagers! Only issue we had was the wastage of paper cups/plates.

Its a flop and drop resort with lots of entertainment, eating options, drinking options, suitable for all ages. Sunbeds next to pool were hard to get at times. Access to Beachcomber club was great. Loved the mexican buffet for lunch and greek buffet. Staff were excellent. Highly recommend. Pool towels

Great!

Family vacation with 2 adults and 3 children (ages 2, 6 and 9). We had a blast. Great pool area for kids. A lot of restaurants at the hotel. Clean and maintained. Highly recommended for families.

Room was amazing we were upgraded. A la carte restaurant was good. Sunbeds very comfy and lots of nice areas for sunbathing. Lovely views from the hotel as it’s on the hillside overlooking the sea. Buffet was ok but especially enjoyed the giros in the snack bar. Lots of children this is a family orientated hotel.

Clean, Friendly and helpful staff in every facility the hotel offers! Plenty of space, sunbeds, seating and so many pools never felt crowded even with 2000+ guests staying. Entertainment is on offer every day but with bar options you can easily avoid if you wanted to do so! Family friendly but caters to adults to. Couldnt fault restraunts, even with dietry requirements they were happy to accomodate and bring allergen friendly meals to your table. The late arrivals buffet at 11pm is a fab option when you arrive at the end of dinner and there is an early breakfast for those leaving early to. Feels like everything has been thought about. It is an open hotel (gated with a security guard at the entrance) but the corridoors are open to outside so a few walls needed small bits of maintenance and as early in the season some renovation still happening but the hotel left us a note explaining and didnt interfere with our stay at all! Waiters and Bar staff so friendly and didnt not have a single issue. Very happy and will return. As others have said the hill to and from the hotel to the main roads by foot is a little steep but we found it plenty manageable wearing trainers. Bus stop into Heraklion right outside or you can walk to the town centre in 30 mins.

Just had 5 nights at this hotel (late October) and it was wonderful. Busy enough to feel part of something, quiet enough so that there were no queues at all for food (which was plentiful, varied and delicious) and plenty of space in every area (poolside, restaurants, etc). Room was comfy, pools were lovely (if a little cold), sun loungers were plentiful, staff were great (my daughter and I did sunset yoga every day - bliss) and only a 25 minute taxi ride from Heraklion Airport. Deserves every one of it's 4 stars.

If you have any questions, you were warmly welcomed, I found it good that the service is well trained, some could even speak German. In the hotel itself there are offers every day for young and old, which I found particularly nice. We tolerated the food well, every day something different is offered. Very varied, many salads, different meat, rice, potatoes, pasta or fries to choose from. I can highly recommend the hotel, because even in bad weather it can be endured very well.

The property is good, half of the staff is rude. Food is terrible! No matter if you eat from the buffet, the pizza or lace or the reservation restaurant. The food is very badly prepared. Never going back!
