Room 4 was a delight to stay in also the Bed was so comfortable décor was also very good Well Done!!!

Recently refurbished and renovated as a chic bistro winebar and luxury accomodation - throughly enjoyed staying here; would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone - steep stairs to top most floor owing to the age of the building - only negative point .

Our room was nice and clean. The staff were happy and helpful. The full English breakfast was delicious.

My wife and I stayed overnight last weekend, a re-visit after our first time last year. We were impressed last time, and again this time, even though our expectations were high from previously. Last year we went after my wife broke her leg, and the pool provided the first time she was able to walk unaided, which made for excellent therapy. We decided to go again since it exceeded our expectations last time, and it very much lived up to our expectations again the second time. It is rated three...

The attention to detail in each of the rooms (our family occupied 5 of the rooms) is amazing. Each is completely different but presented to a very high standard. We were wanting for nothing and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. A great place to stay in a great location.

Good value for money

The room was equipped with everything one could need & we appreciated the newspaper service. The owner was friendly as were all the staff but not obtrusive no carpet in the bathroom was a bonus !!

We arrived late and were greeted by very pleasant helpful hosts who made us feel welcome, great selection for breakfast and cooked food was excellent, I would certainly stay again if down in the area and would recommend Pickmere Country Guest House to friends.

Generally a nice place to to stay. The evening meal was excellent, but unfortunately that was not the same for breakfast, most definitely the "worst" full english breakfast i have ever had, dont know how they had the audacity to serve it up!!! Will not be returning.

The staff service was exceptional at this hotel, the friendly and attentiveness of the employees really made this a wonderful break away. The room was ideal in a pet friendly room it was not luxurious but adequate and suited our visit. The food was wonderful and we felt treated from arriving to departure. I would recommend this hotel it can not be faltering delivery.

Great hotel, friendly staff and perfect location. The hotel was beautiful upon arrival and although check in was very busy the staff were attentive and polite. We had booked a dog friendly room and they had put in a dog bed, food and water bowls and some treats for my dog which was a lovely touch. Room service was great and the food and cocktails were amazing and reasonably priced. All in all I can’t fault our stay at all and would highly recommend this hotel, especially as a dog friendly...

Great hotel good location

Quick check in, comfy and clean rooms and loved that breakfast started at 3am as our flight was 6am

Arranged an early check-in with them before hand and on arrival at 1pm the 3 rooms we had booked we're ready for our wedding party. Breakfast was all cooked to order which was a treat. Parking is plentiful and secure. Highly recommended

Breakfast was very good, much better than other Champneys hotels we have stayed at. Room was nice but the TV unfortunately kept cutting out. Really friendly and helpful staff, and a luxury feel.
