"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping areas are full. A great base if you want to explore the Lake District."

"Friendly receptionist when booming in. Ensured we had l we needed and showed how tl connect to free wifi. Room was modern and well decorated. Ample tea and coffee etc and welcoming biscuits and 2 chocolates next to decoration made from towels. Exclent breakfast choices and the pancakes with fruit were a big favourite. Hotel is situated within a short walk of Windermere village and bus stops close by. Recommend daily bus pass. Great way to get around and avoid parking fees"
