"Nice hotel with a super friendly staff. Quick check in and the receptionist came with me to the room to show me the amenities. Room size is ok but my room 202 has no view…A wall view. Soft drinks, milk, water and biscuits in the room are all free. The location is very good near most of the theatres…Many cafes and restaurants nearby. "

The hotel is in a great location although I would avoid Oxford Street. We will definitely be back for any future special occasions in central London!"

We liked the addition of comfortable bucket chairs in our twin room and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and staff were friendly and helpful- we’d stay again . "

"I love the sleek interior design of this hotel and pristine prompt service. The design reminds me of a fun cool train especially the elevator. The king room is absolutely gorgeous with a fantastic view. The amenities are excellent with high end Italian brand shampoo and soap. Our room service for breakfast was an absolute delight (ham cheese omelette, pancakes and matcha latte). Their location is right cross the major King Cross station (incl the Eurostar arrival station). The hotel also has a great rooftop bar. Definitely will come back to this hotel next time! P.S.
