"The breakfast was dreadful my eggs were not cooked properly twice went back the fruit I ask for was not fresh I ask for special milk they didn't have it and returned with the wrong one the coffee was dreadful the safe just was not helpful not the customer service I would not expect so disappointed hotel lovely rooms very nice the safe and food let it so down"

"This hotel is in a great location, next to the canal, as well as very close to the city centre. The car park had plenty of space. We had dinner one night which was good, but the breakfast was poor, especially the supermarket toast which was not fresh."

It was quite noisy in the evenings but certainly in a brilliant central location with two options for multi storey car parking a short walk away."

"We booked to stay at Rowton hall because we were attending a wedding. The staff were really lovely and very helpful Julie was exceptional as was another lady who helped us with our luggage. Annabelle on reception was also lovely, they really do have lovely staff, wedding bbq was lovely good choice of drinks, not exorbitant prices? Room was really lovely, nice comfortable beds. Thank you Julie and staff at Rowton hall."
