The hotel is excellently situated, right next to the castle and only 10 minutes (maximum) stroll to the beautiful market square. The staff were knowledgable, friendly and helpful and it is easy to arrange tours directly with reception.
The breakfast was slightly expensive but good and the atrium was a gorgeous place to relax and unwind.
The room itself was excellent - clean and the bed very comfortable.
Overall a fantastic stay and we would recommend this hotel, and Krakow, to everyone.

Contemporary city hotel with a glass-ceiling atrium, just 500 metres from Krakow’s medieval Rynek Główny market square …More
We were very impressed with our hotel and room. Recently renovated, clean and spacious. It was very close walking distance to market square where you can see so many amazing buildings, churches, restaurants and of course Wawel Castle.
The only downside for us was that the internet was not high speed. Enough for checking emails but the end of a day of touring and walking, we just wanted to kick back and watch some netflix as there were not many channels particularly in English. You could pay extra for faster speed but it was advertised free wifi so we decided not to bother since we were only there for four nights.
The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms were well equipped and clean and the breakfast was good. Overall the hotel was well located for the town centre and Jewish Quarter and good value for money
Stayed at this hotel for one night, right across the castle with the easiest access to it as possible, very friendly staff and beautiful rooms, great restaurant on the rooftop with a 270 degree view of the city and very tasty meals! Very friendly and helpful staff! I will definitely try coming back and would recommend this hotel to any of my friends!
Located in place of city walls, Planty Park is a luscious green space enveloping Krakow's stunning old town, home to many of the city's tourist attractions. Krakow's Main Square is a hub of activity, where people flock to browse the markets in the Renaissance Sukiennice, once a major trade center for traveling merchants. Visitors can explore Wawel Castle to learn about Poland's royal history.
