Absolutely loved our stay at the Queen Boutique, the staff are so helpful with booking tours etc and make you feel really welcome. The rooms are gorgeous and have every amenity you could possibly need on a list in the bathroom, you just call reception for anything from a phone charger to hairspray! It is in a great location within walking distance of all the main tourist sights including the castle, main square amd the train station for if you want to go to the salt mines etc. The hotel restaurant is also a must, the food is amazing!
This was our first time in Krakow and I can honestly say that both the hotel and location were outstanding. The hotel was spotless and rooms immaculate, especially the deluxe bathroom suite. The location of the hotel was ideal, within easy walking distance of the main square and about 15 minutes from the Jewish Quarter. A huge plus was the frantastic shopping centre next door. When we return we will definitely be staying at this hotel.
Excellent welcome by hotel staff who organised our trips to Schindlers factory and Auschwitz with no trouble at all, Kracow town square a short walk away. A beautiful city which you could easily spend a week looking around. I would recommend this hotel to everybody and a trip to this city is a must.
After spending 8 hours on the bus, this hotel was a beautiful sight. The rooms are very comfortable and they have tablets to control all settings (ac, tv, lights - you can even have colored lights). We wish we had been able to stay longer. It is the perfect distance from the bus/train station and the town center. Short walk to everything you need.
Can only say that the experience provided by this hotel tops any 4 or 5 star hotels we've stayed in before. Our daughter booked to join us separately and within 1 hour of her booking the hotel had e-mailed us to ask if she was related and whether we wanted adjoining rooms. From there on in they looked after us all fantastically.
Located in place of city walls, Planty Park is a luscious green space enveloping Krakow's stunning old town, home to many of the city's tourist attractions. Krakow's Main Square is a hub of activity, where people flock to browse the markets in the Renaissance Sukiennice, once a major trade center for traveling merchants. Visitors can explore Wawel Castle to learn about Poland's royal history.
