Very nice place right near the city center. It was super clean, but there were ants in the loft. Otherwise, it was our favorite place we've stayed in Krakow.

We chose this accomodation because it had a small kitchen and was so near the bus stop going to & from the airport, (The 300 bus). A quick tidy up was done every day. The location was very good, 10 -15 minutes from the main square which suited us as we like to walk. Staff were lovely.

Good location access to the river and 10min walk to the square. Also tend to be the last spot to be picked up and first to be dropped off if you are doing excursions from here which is great with tours. Room are spacious and clean, well equipped. Would recommend!

Excellent property . The apartment has plenty of space and all the amenities that you need . Brilliant shower too. All at an excellent price . Only suggestion I would make is to add the ability to be able to cast to the tv but that’s literally all I would be asking for . Would 100% stay here again.

The Aparthotel is situated in the perfect location, everything is in the walking distance. It’s close to the river as well. It was clean and comfortable. The sofa bed didn’t have the thickest mattress, so you may want to ask if they could provide something to make it more comfortable. The bed was super comfortable though! The rooms were clean and very nice! Would definitely recommend.

One of the better hotels we have stayed at. The value for your money and location were great. close enough to the square to enjoy and far enough away to be quiet. Hotel is nice a clean and checkin/out process was super fast and staff were friendly. When we booked the picture had laundry but that was only in a select apartments, not all. But that would not make or break our decision to stay here again.

Our apartment was lovely and quiet with restaurants close by. The only negative is “the best view” which was from a very small window. Definitely worth it though

With 'Best View' in the title of this property we expected to have at least a good view from our room. Sadly not, and instead we were looking into the back of buildings in a small enclosed area - definitely not what we envisaged! Otherwise the hotel was ok, but feel quite misguided by the name and would be unlikely to return. The hotel is in a great location and Liberty cafe is fantastic for breakfast.

The whole experience was great, from first contacting them once the booking was confirmed, to the very smooth booking in process on arrival. The reception staff on duty for our stay were both excellent, very helpful and professional. The room itself was immaculate, plenty of storage and very roomy. Good kitchen area, bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue for us was the pillows were to soft. The hotel for us was very well positioned for us to get to see all the sites of Kracow that we wanted to see, and more. There is an excellent Indian restaurant called the Tandoori Flame just up the road from the hotel. And if you don't find everything you need in the supermarket next to the hotel, there is another larger one a few minutes walk away, just ask at reception. There are also plenty of other restaurants in the vicinity. All in all a great hotel, and if we were to visit Kracow again, we would look to book this hotel.

Great staff and lovely clean room with kitchenette including fridge and dishwasher. Sponge and 2 dishwasher tablets provided. Room was very modern and the hotel is close by to lots of attractions and transport links. Toiletries provided were also great with a comb and vanity pack too. Only downsides were we could hear noises from the street like car alarms and ambulance sirens as well as the apartment below. We were on the top floor and had two sky lights so did not have the best view.
