Excellent location - close to the castle, gardens and fish market as well as the loop bus service. Peaceful and restful hotel, spacious and comfortable room. My only complaint was that the LED light for the air con was way too bright at night.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Rooms were large, staff were super friendly. We got off the Shinkansen and it was about 2 mins walk to the hotel which was brilliant. Lovely roof top bar, didn’t have the breakfast.

Handy to everything, secure, comfortable beds, nice clean good sized room at a reasonable price.

This hotel is great! We had the suit room 1309 on top floor. Very spacious for family of 4. To get an additional room was very cheap but we preferred to stay together. Breakfast had good options from trad Japanese to pizza made fresh in huge pizza oven. Hotel was super clean and nothing was worn or damaged. Let down is no gym or lounge facilities. We would definitely stay here again no doubt

My family and I had a very pleasant 4 days 3 nights stay at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower. This hotel is located only 1 stop from Nagoya Station to Sasashima Station via the Aonami Line, the same train to the Legoland as the final stop. Once you come off the Sasashima Station, everything is covered under the roof all the way to the Sky Tower. It saved us from walking in the rain/hot sun. Absolutely fantastic. Loved the room and the onsen was everything I needed. Lots of amenities and freebies which really surprised me. A nice little getaway while still being central to Kanazawas tourist spots.

All things about the hotel were excellent apart from the following. Having specifically booked a Premium Floor room (with complementary access to the fitness suite and pool) for the whole of my stay, I was then informed that the pool and fitness suite would in fact be closed for the final two days of my stay for planned works, which they had known about far in advance. Our stay at the Chisun Grand was perfect for exploring Nagano, and for taking day trips further afield. The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from the train station, making day trips elsewhere very easy. The reception staff were very welcoming, and very accommodating when we found we had been given a nice twin room, rather than a double.
