"We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The rooms were really nicely decorated and were really comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again without hesitation. A kettle in the room would be the only thing that I would have wanted - there is a coffee machine, but personally I would prefer a kettle to make tea rather than heating the water through the coffee machine."

I booked an executive twin room which was fantastic and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The best part was the complimentary prosecco and chocolates left in our room along with a gorgeous birthday card, this was completely unexpected - thank you to Abhi on the WOW team for this wonderful surprise. The Cumberland is a stunning hotel, we enjoyed a lovely meal in the SOUND Cafe and breakfast the following morning was great too, a brilliant selection of food and while it was super busy, service was excellent. I can't wait to stay here again, the staff made our stay fantastic and the backstage lounge was a huge perk. "
