We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel."
