"This was PERFECT for us. It's a great flat in a really good location. Nicely equipped. Ready with all the little things that make it convenient (laundry soap, toilet paper, salt and spices, TEA, etc. etc.). No need to go out and stock up on basics for a bare flat. Plenty of room and nice balcony. Ed was VERY easy to deal with and checked in to make certain everything was OK. My only criticism was a bit of a lack of cleanliness (crumbs in the sofa, dirty throw blanket for instance). Not serious,...

"We had a perfect stay on this property. We traveled with our two older children, and everyone had their own space. The property was adorable! We were a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop and no more than 10 minutes to the tube station. There is a local pub right up the street. Great late night stop on the way back from a day exploring the city. The host was very attentive to any questions that we had."

"Communication with the team was excellent from booking to post departure - property was exactly what we needed, 2 adults and 2 young children (7&4) - property is a very short walk from Vauxhall over & underground from which the city is easily accessible. Tesco express closeby too for a wee coffee fix early doors too and any other goods you may need - in summary - would I book again? Yes, without doubt!"

"Ran out of tea and coffee and the reception desk didn't know anything about it so couldn't give us any more. We did get a complimentary pair of socks left by the previous occupants on the bathroom radiator. Otherwise really good. "The apartment was clean and large. The location was convenient to multiple Underground stations. We did not have issues with noise as others noticed, but the pub in the courtyard does crowded. The furnishings were not super-comfortable if you want to spend any time sitting around in the unit. We cooked dinner multiple times and found the kitchen lacking in basics like towels, napkins etc and cooking oils, salt, pepper, so be prepared to purchase those. Overall, it was a decent stay for us...

"This is a nice apartment, close to some major spots in London. The place was clean, and the bed and foldout couch were very comfortable. Even though the staff is remote, they quickly answered our questions. The only issues we had were with the internet (which was very unreliable - and even the TV kept freezing because of it), and the door lock (which doesn't always work right). But we certainly would recommend this place. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Stayo Southbank! Having an entire apartment with all basic home amenities was super convenient. All the appliances worked well, the only thing missing were forms of cutlery. There were signs of a little wear and tear which is to be expected for a hotel but it was still a very comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely book a stay there again! "

"The check in is very inconvenient. You have to go to the agency office that is not close to the apartment. When traveling with luggage it is a nightmare as you have to go to the office first and take another tube to go to the apartment. "Stayed here for five nights and loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, had a microwave, washer/dryer and basically everything you might need for your stay. The only thing I did not like about the property was the bathroom… I wish they had shower curtains instead of just a glass partition that doesn’t really prevent the water from getting out of the bath tub when you shower. Also, a step stool to get in the tub would be nice since the tub is quite high."
