Warm welcome, all staff friendly

Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

Overall very good value for money

Welcomed by reception team, room clean, comfortable and cosy. Great shower with l’occtane toiletries. Coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc all in room. Parking available on site at extra cost but no spaces so we had to park on nearby road . Great stay overall

Had a lovely stay and was warmly greeted by reception. The room was cosy and I appreciated the extra pillow and blanket on the bed. The room and bathroom was also very clean and decorated to a good standard. Would definitely stay here again!

A new, well appointed boutique hotel in Kensington. Everything is in very good condition. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and quite well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic bar and restaurant if needed. I'd happily stay again next time I need a hotel in this area.

Great stay, comfortable and well designed room. Warm friendly welcome. The ac didn’t work but it was very cold outside so we opened the window. Ambient temperature in the room was too warm for sleeping otherwise. Apart from this perfect stay, clean well appointed room and super quiet. Gym is a bit sparse so wouldn’t bother with this.

Great size room for a family of 4. Double and 2 singles made the kids happy.

Everything was top class from the welcome we received, the helpfulness of all the staff and the luxury and cleanliness of the rooms. So convenient to Shepherd's Bush tube station too. Very competitively priced. Will definitely stay here again when in London. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you

Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip

Great hotel. Short walk from Paddington. Near restaurants and shops. Room was very clean. Basic facilities but bathroom, kettle and TV were all that were needed so it was perfect. Will be staying again.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! The location of the hotel is close to tube as well as excellent bus routes into the city. There's plenty of takeaway locations and supermarkets for collecting food. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't have done any more to help. And i loved that they had drinks and snacks for sale at the reception. Perfect after a long day The room was a bit of a strange layout, but i quite liked in, and enjoyed the separate sofa and work area in the room. I would happily stay at this hotel again
