"The staff are all very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, and they provide free water bottles and other amenities at the front, to take when you need. The area is amazing too, if you don't want to stay around busy streets with lots of traffic. Quiet area, but it is very walkable to Rappongi or Akasaka areas for restaurants and nightlife."

A couple of negative points: check-in process was long, the hotel is very luxurious but old facilities and needs to be refreshed (expand the fitness room, add streaming services in room TVs, general decor…), sometimes long breakfast line in the morning (maybe expand the breakfast hours?). Plenty of pillows in each room. Easy access to convenience stores, cafes, McDonald’s etc, only few minute walk around the corner. "This hotel is further away from shops than we realized. This is more of a residential/business area. However, that also means it was very quiet at night. We were next to a police station, so there were cops everywhere. We joked that we have never felt safer in Japan than here, which is funny because Japan is overall very safe anyways. The room was large for the hotel type. We had two twins beds that were actually twin sized and not tiny. The linens were very clean and soft and the bathroom was...
