"Off site parking was so close it should count as on site. People were fabulous...so hospitable and gracious. Food in the pub is amazing. Only drawback is the internet service, which is provided by the city of Canterbury not the hotel. It never worked at all."

"The hotel was closed! Hasn’t been open for months according to neighbours. Locked up, in darkness. We drove 2/h to get there after paying in full and receiving confirmation! Stuck in Kent overnight having to grab sleep in the car as everything booked up! DISASTER! and trying to get thru to hotel.com ..."

"Nice hotel within walking distance of the town centre, with plenty of on site parking. Our room was spacious, with 2 comfy chairs - a definite plus. We enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast. A good place to stay for a night away."

"Great Staff, nothing too much trouble. Clean and spacious room, Adequate breakfast and good selection for dinner.
Only points were the shower was a bit tired and why charge £3.00 a day parking, either add it into the room cost or forget it altogether. If you want to charge non-residents, fair enough, but not staying guests!"
