The location is good and the hotel condition is fabulous. The drawbacks are 1. Rubbish toilet paper. 2. Not enough cooking facilities in the kitchen.
Within walking distance of Canterbury. Room very well equiped telly a bit small and could be put on the wall. Breakfast was good and included in price. Excellent value for money.
Really pleasant stay, reasonably close to Dover but feels completely away from the bustle being set in a nice country village. Stacks of character and history in the inn.
I chose this hotel because it is close to Terminals 4 and 5. There is a regular bus service to/from T4 and T5. At T5, we can get the underground train Piccadilly line, to go to Central London. On our last day, the bus service was irregular. It costs us 25 pounds per trip to/from T5 to the hotel. ...
Comfortable, clean. A little difficult to find reception but not impossible. No television, which is absolutely not a problem for me, just mentioning it for others. Did just what I wanted at a reasonable price, and is very handy for a short drive into Canterbury itself. Breakfast started to late ...
Really enjoyed our few days in this nice pub in a very pretty village. Our room was very big overlooking the courtyard area. Big comfy bed and good reliable WiFi. Breakfast menu was different from the normal and the evening meals were good. Nice house wine and beers.
Excellent hosts and very good breakfast. Very close to Canterbury town yet away from the hustle and bustle. Goods views of the cathedral from the family room. Nick and John are doing a fabulous job of running this B&B
Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Our room had a theme of writers associated with Canterbury. Warm and friendly welcome from the owner. Good breakfast. Short walk to Canterbury city centre. Would definitely recommend.
