Parking charges at £17.50 / 24 hours is steep for families and will force to cut down on eating out or shopping opportunities. All in all it’s an excellent hotel with friendly and smiling staff. "Ged our check in host organised our Checkin as we has multiple needs. Parking and shuttle To the airport in the morning. Easily organised with a smile and a joke in his pocket. The only thing that let our stay down was the air con not working in our room. On arrival we weren't informed of any issue, on opening our room we stepped into a very hot room with 3 fans going full blast - despite the work around the room was too hot and our it made our son feel poorly"
